Once the applicant is in compliance to apply he reports this to IMCI.
He must then send a deposit to facilitate the process.
After receiving this initial payment, IMCI upon appointment, will send an Inspector to assess the facility.
After inspection, if the requirements are met, the certification can be granted. If they are not met the company must be improved.
IMCI will send the (balancing) final invoice.
After IMCI receives final payment, the certificate will be issued and sent to the applicant directly.
IMCI publishes the recognition in the list of certified companies and submits a news release.
The certified company uses its recognition in all advertising media available to it. The certificate will then be positioned in a visible place for customers. In all company the stationery and in brochures the logo "certified by IMCI" in addition to the IMCI logo can then be displayed. In addition, this logo, signifying high quality, can be part of advertising material and added to trade show events.
