Message regarding CARB Requirements

Here's a quick note for all boat manufacturers bringing their products to the US market. The NMMA was notified that CARB is currently inspecting products in the field for compliance with their evaporative emissions compliance requirements.

Retailers that sell non-complying products can face fines up to $50,000 per day. This is a reminder to ensure your products have been recertified for the current model year and that your labels are accurate and up to date.
